The Open Doors Project

Our goal is to assist Jewish students on campuses across Canada by identifying faculty willing to support students in one of, if not more, areas: Middle East awareness, navigating administration/knowing rights, alternative resolution mechanisms/dialogue.  The identified faculty will be available to work with individual students, helping them take appropriate next steps and capitalize on the resources available. In some situations they will also be willing to work with organized Jewish community on campus including Hillel/JSA and Israel-on-Campus (IOC).

A committee of faculty will be formed that will help those self-identified professors by creating a network with the possibility of training, sharing best practices and supporting one another.
